This policy explains what personal data we process when you visit evergreencyprus.com, why, and how.

We process personal data in line with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Law. For visitors located in the European Union, we also apply the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
2. What data we process

The forms ask only for what we need. Please do not share sensitive information (health data, ID numbers, etc.) in your message.
Form submissions and subscription requests are sent to us by email at customercare@evergreencyprus.com. We do not use a mailing list provider. To unsubscribe, email us at the same address and we will remove you.
3. Cookies and similar technologies
Strictly necessary: These are required for the site to work securely and do not need consent.
- We save your cookie choice in your browser’s local storage. This is not a cookie and is never sent to us.
- Cloudflare may set strictly necessary security and bot-protection cookies (e.g.
__cf_bm, up to 30 minutes). Cloudflare Turnstile checks that form submissions come from a person.
Analytics (optional): Google Analytics. It loads only if you select “Accept” in the cookie banner. If you select “Reject”, Google Analytics does not run and no data is sent to Google through Google Analytics.

You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before you withdrew it.
We do not set advertising or remarketing cookies on our own site. Some optional features load third-party content only when you select them (see section 4). Once loaded, that content may set the provider’s own cookies:
- Translation: choosing a language in the translate menu opens the page on Google’s translation website (translate.goog). We do not load any Google Translate code on this site; Google’s own cookies may apply on its website.
- Maps: Google Maps may set cookies from Google.
4. Who we share data with
We never sell your data. We share it only with the following service providers, and only as far as needed:
- Cloudflare, Inc.: content delivery, security, bot protection (Turnstile), and delivery of form submissions by email.
- Our hosting provider: netcup GmbH. Server logs.
- Our email provider: Google Workspace (Google LLC). Form submissions and subscription requests arrive at customercare@evergreencyprus.com.
- Google LLC: Google Analytics, only if you give consent.
Some features load third-party content only when you select them. Until then, no request is sent to these providers. Once you select them, the provider’s own privacy policy applies:
- Google Maps: contact and project location maps. Loads when you select “Show map”. Google then receives technical data such as your IP address.
- Translation: Google Translate. Only when you select a language in the translate menu, the page opens on Google’s translation website (translate.goog), which fetches the page from our site and translates it. Google receives the page address and technical data such as your IP address. We do not load any Google Translate code on this site.
Links to our 360° virtual tours (360.evergreencyprus.com) and to our Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and Pinterest profiles (including “Open profile” and “Open channel” on the home page) take you to those pages; we do not load them on this site.
5. International transfers
Our hosting provider, netcup GmbH (Germany), stores the site in its data centre in Vienna, Austria. Cloudflare and Google may process data on servers outside North Cyprus, including in the United States. These providers describe the safeguards they use for such transfers in their own privacy terms. Cloudflare and Google state that they are certified under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and use the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses where required.
6. Retention

7. Your rights
You can contact us at customercare@evergreencyprus.com to:
- access your data and receive a copy
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased
- restrict or object to processing
- receive your data in a portable format
- withdraw your consent at any time, including unsubscribing from news
We reply within 30 days. You may lodge a complaint with the TRNC Personal Data Protection Board. If you are in the EU, you may also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
8. Security
The site is served only over encrypted connections (HTTPS). Forms are protected against bots, form contents are not stored on our web server, and access to data is limited to authorised staff.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. The current version is always published on this page with its “Last updated” date.
